JUST DRILLS (with finger cymbals): Based on the Suhaila Salimpour format, participants learn basic muscle isolations, timing and downbeat options which are drilled both standing and while traveling. Introduction to layering. This workshop is geared towards dancers looking to get a taste of the Suhaila style format and a really good work out.

A DVD will be made of the entire show and all performers. All those registered to participate in the show grant permission to Sasha's Belly Dance Studio/AKA Sasha Cantu of the DVD's use and sales.
